Slav Defense Sacrifice Chess Puzzles

A Slav Defense Sacrifice is a tactical motif that appears in the Slav Defense, usually after 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6, when Black gives up material to solve a concrete problem or seize the initiative. The defining feature is often a pawn or piece sacrifice on c4, e5, or b2 to free Black’s position, accelerate development, or attack White’s center and king.
