Rossolimo Double Check Chess Puzzles

The Rossolimo Double Check is a tactical motif associated with the Rossolimo Variation of the Sicilian Defense, usually after 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5. It refers to a position where one move creates two simultaneous checks, often by a bishop and knight, forcing the opponent’s king into a very narrow response. The defining feature is that both checking pieces attack the king at the same time, so the defender cannot capture or block both threats.
