GrüNfeld Defense Double Check Chess Puzzles

The Grünfeld Defense Double Check is a tactical motif that can arise from Grünfeld structures when Black’s active piece play creates a discovered attack and a checking move at the same time. In practice, it often appears after the Grünfeld setup with ...d5 and ...Bg7, when a bishop or rook move opens a line for a second check on the enemy king. Because both checks must be answered, the motif can force a decisive gain of material or even a mating net.
