Laurent Fressinet (Black) Puzzle: Skewer — Queen Tactics
A skewer is a line tactic in which a more valuable piece is attacked first, forcing it to move and exposing a less valuable piece behind it. In this chess endgame, the active queen uses check to drive the opposing king away from the line of attack. Once the king must respond, the queen behind it becomes vulnerable. The combination converts king safety and queen activity into a decisive material gain.
