Wing Gambit Puzzle (Rated 1065): Crush with Deflection — Kingside Attack
This middlegame puzzle shows a classic kingside attack where the defender is overloaded and a key piece can be lured away from its duty. The attacking side uses forcing checks to open lines, expose the king, and win material with tempo. The position rewards tactical awareness more than long-term planning: once the defender is pulled off a critical square, the rest of the combination becomes much easier to see. It is a strong example of a crushing deflection tactic in classical chess.
