Learn How to Win Material: Discovered Check
This puzzle shows a classic opening tactic where one piece is pinned, another is overloaded, and a discovered check creates a forcing sequence. In the Nimzo-Larsen Attack, active piece placement can quickly punish loose development and an exposed king. The key idea is to use a forcing move that opens a line for the queen while also increasing pressure on a pinned defender. When the position is tactically loose, even a small material imbalance can turn into a decisive advantage.
