Learn How to Exploit a Pin: Tactical Pressure
This puzzle shows how a pin can turn a normal-looking opening position into a tactical win. In the Center Game Paulsen Attack, active piece placement and king safety matter more than raw material, and a well-timed bishop move can tie the queen to the king. Once the pinned piece is overloaded, the attacker can force concessions and win material with tempo. The key idea is not a flashy sacrifice, but using pressure to make the opponent’s position collapse.
