Learn How to Attack f2/f7: Mate in 2
This puzzle is a classic opening tactical shot built around king safety and the vulnerable f7 square. In many classical chess positions, the bishop and queen coordinate to create a direct mating net when the enemy king is still in the center. The key idea is not material gain, but forcing responses that keep the king exposed. Once the first sacrifice or check lands, the follow-up becomes a simple finishing pattern because the defender has too few squares and too little time to organize counterplay.
