Learn How to Win with a Pin: Queen Trap
This puzzle shows how a pin can turn into a decisive queen trap in a chess endgame. Black’s pieces coordinate to attack the queen, restrict the king, and exploit loose queenside pieces. Even though White is materially ahead, the king’s safety and piece coordination matter more than raw material. In classical chess, a single tactical shot can flip the evaluation when the enemy queen is overloaded and the back rank or king zone is vulnerable.
